Default Rear drive shaft with AEV lift?

I have a 2-door 6speed, would I need a new rear drive shaft with the AEV 3.5" lift?

I have an 2011 auto, 2 door with the same lift and I have the stock rear DS and no problems so far. But I did have to modify my front one because it was hitting the tranny pan (you won't have that problem). Just keep an eye on the rubber boot (small one at the rzeppa at the TC). If it does fail you do have 'some' time until the rzeppa loses all of the grease or it gets contaminated. I picked up an extra rear DS for 70 bucks.

Thanks! Do you happen to know your pinion angle?

From my understanding, the Rear Drive-shaft will eventually fail on the 2Dr. How fast depends on how hard you are on it offroading. If you aren't offroading difficult trails, it might take years. But it will show signs of it, leaking oil for example, so it shouldn't just suddenly fail on you, which is helpful.
