Default Which winch for XHD with Over-Rider?

I searched for this same question, but didn't find anything. If it's been covered elsewhere, I apologize.

I just installed the RR XHD aluminum bumper with Over-Rider to protect a winch. The area between the posts of the Over-Rider allows for 25" in total length on a winch. I ordered a Superwinch Talon SR, which has an overall length of 24.5". I expected it to be tight, but it fits. That's not the problem: what I didn't think about was that the spool is not CENTERED on that 24.5". When put inside the Over-Rider, the spool is actually centered 2/3rds to the right, which puts much of the cable off of the fairlead.

So, the question is: which winch would fit nicely in that space? I've seen the Warn 9.5cti-s, which looks to be more centered, but that is also 24" long. Any thoughts or recommendations, particularly from anyone running an RR XHD, would be appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. That one appears to be only 21" long. I will look into it.

Someone also recommended a "competition" winch with a shorter spool. I don't know what a competition winch is, but I'll look into that as well.

Other comments welcome.

To close this out, I went with a Warn VR10000SR. Just fits.
