I have a Supertop NX for my 2012 JK and have a ?... If anyone has one and has the sunrider version , do u leave the top latches latched or do u release them? I'm talkin abt the latches that latch to the top of the door surround. I just installed this top last sun and noticed today the plastic piece u lock into is broken. First of all..... Plastic ?? It's where to top clicks into door surround. Do I leave it locked or unlocked in sunrider position?

Are you taking about the pins that hold the arms of the soft top to the sport bar? If so the Trektop is the same way, I see no reason you would unlatch them in the sunrider position.

You want it latched for sure. Call them for replacement - either free or not that expensive. I find easiest to latch those 2 before clamping behind the visors on nx.
