I cannot seem to find an answer to this question. I have 2010 jk auto and I'm going to put larger tires on. The procal states it will adjust the shift points and gauges for the larger tires. The Superchips says you can adjust for tire size but I don't know if it changes shift points for the auto.
The Superchips says to run it alone so I assume I cannot set up the procal and then put the trail dash in.
Any ideas?

 

I'd just get the Procal if it does it all. Much cheaper and very easy to use. I re-calibrated my speedo for my 35" tires in like 2 minutes. Literally. I have a 6 speed so I cannot help you with the shift points info. But, if the Procal will do it all I would just go with the Procal.

 

Setting the correct tire size is what makes the shift points and spedo correct...

 

Used the Procal for 35's and 5.13 gear change. It took 2 minutes, shifts great and the speedo is dead on. VERY easy!

 

Thanks. I didn't understand how the shift point adjustment worked. The superchips trail dash is nice because I'd like to try the programming end of it. Seems I may just do the procal from what I hearing so far.

 

Get the Bully Dog Tuner! It does all of the above plus a lot more! Costs much less than the Trail Dash! And it has a display screen!
