Default Another DW question

As a new Jeeper, I have a few questions about the dreaded DW. I have a 09 4 Dr JK. I replaced my stock springs and shocks with Rubi springs and shocks. I went from low spring #'s to high numbered springs. I also added a 1.75 puck to the Jeep as well. It is sitting just about perfect for me for now. With a wife and 2 little ones, I cannot go to high.
I am getting the dreaded DW now. It has been a month or so since the springs were added. I replaced my ball joints as they were toast this weekend. With this minor amount of lift, I should not have to upgrade a lot of parts, should I?
I need to get under the Jeep and check the Track bar to ensure it is not binding. I had a shop install the springs, so they may of not put it on the ground before torquing the bolts. Do I just loosen the bolts with the tires on the ground and retorque? That is a tight fit down there, I have not been able to break them loose yet.
In reality I only have 1.75 in lift over a stock Rubi, so there should not be a need to replace the trackbar with a heavy duty adjustable one should there? I may do it for peace of mind, but it seems a little extreme for a minor lift.
Any suggestions would help.

Thanks
