Quadratec WTF!

So place an order on a congo cage to have for my vacation trip with the family for the forth.I order it back on June 17th of this month now this part is being drop ship so i go online for the tracking numbers notta.So i call on the 21st for the tracking numbers put on hold there calling drop shipper he come back online yup it will ship tonight.So keep look for tracking number on web site no numbers day after day .I call yesterday guy puts me on hold call they cant find the tracking numbers please call back tommarrow .So i call today and still could not get the numbers out of them!he tells me it ship and was last scan on the 25th in cal. so i ask when will it be at my house on july 2nd not good.
I'M so piss the thing will show up when i'm not home i will have to ask my neighbor to refuse it for me.I really wanted it for this trip.I figure 10 days at the most that would of been plenty of time to get across the country and added acouble of days before friday to mount it on the jeep to be safe .
I can say i'm really disappointed in Quadratrec customer service I had another item on back order was told they have no idea when it would be in the vendor is not getting back to us on a date when we will get them in. ???? Cancel !!!! after today !!! dealings they should find a new supplier.
I been a good long time customer spent thousands over the years with them and have never been so disappointed as i am today. Felt like i couldn't get a straight anwser. run around .
So no rack for the trip.

I'm not sure that's entirely quadratec's fault. I was in the same situation as you last year. I had ordered a Congo Cage from 4wd about one month before my trip. It showed up a few days before my trip with no hardware or brackets. My problem was with Kargo Master. These things ship directly from them so the vender has no control over that. I love mine but it was a nightmare getting it here with all the pieces. I wouldn't refuse it because it is a great product that you will use a lot.

It showed up a few days before my trip with no hardware or brackets. My problem was with Kargo Master. These things ship directly from them so the vender has no control over that. I'm sorry that the rack didn't show up in time for your trip. Usually drop shipments take 1-2 weeks for delivery. Which does not include weekends, only actual shipping business days. Kargo Master is on the west coast, and they are 3 hours behind us in opening time. If you called us in the morning, than we'd be unable to obtain this information from them until they open. If you were told today that you'd receive a call back or an email, please allow us the chance to do that. We are still open for another 11 hours.
I'd also like to check on everything for you. Please PM me your account information so I can take a look and help speed the process up some. Thank you

Who every i talk to today had those number told me he just got them after he put me on hold!told me ups scan the last location on the 25TH in cal. Sound like i'm get the real run around this guy didn't want to give me the tracking numbers be cause it must just ship out on the 25th when i was told it ship out on the 21st .Don't worry about it .It's going back! your lost in this economy you would think every order count you lost two order from me today adding up to almost $500.00. and many many more!

I haven't ordered from Quadratec for a while but from what I have read, Joe is a stand up guy and is willing to help out.
At the very least give him an opportunity to assist you since you posted this up for the world to see... if you're not satisfied with his response then cancel your order.
If he takes care of it for you and you are happy with the results then recognize him for stepping up for you.

They lost a $1000 sale from me last month for almost the same thing really wasn't Quadratecs fault with mine though. Told me they'd note the account and I'd get free shipping for the next item I ordered, called today to order and the guy said that the account wasn't noted so he wouldn't give me free shipping. I usually go through Joe on here, but I hate that it takes an extra day to get a reply and I was told that I'd get it anyway.... So told the guy he was useless and sent Joe a PM, just waiting to hear back from him now. I wanted it ordered today on the hope that it would arrive by Friday if it's in stock.
