2 Weeks ago, my front driver side Rugged Ridge D-Ring broke . I contacted RR costumer service here in the Forum and days later they e-mail me back saying that they gonna send me a new D-Ring with fast shipping to Canada, warranty, no question ask . 4 days later, i received my new D-Ring . Thank you for the great costumer service and thank you for the fast shipping to Canada. That prove you guys stay behind your clients and your products .
