Or rock sliders. Which are the best price and best quality? I hear frame mounted is better is this true?

I would recommend ACE sliders, they are American made, lifetime warranty and are hard as nails.

when i first entered the slider marker i really liked the look of the sb sliders that really hug the body. the main reason was i think the jeep looks incomplete when you can see the holes on the pinch seam and i thought the sb hugging sliders would fix the problem and give me the protection i needed. ppl have different opinions on sb, some say they don't fit right, others say they squeak. no one has ever said anything bad about ACE and i got them, and pair of rubi rails of craigslist cheap, and i think it's the best way to go. the ACE sliders go on in about 5 min, the only thing you need to know is you need to grind the body mount washers - there is a real good youtube video the Ace guys did. and they have a lifetime warrenty
