Default Hesitation after shifting

SO does anyone have an idea what could be causing the hesitation after shifting into 3rd and 4 gear. I have cai and superchips and has been regeared. Any help or info will be well appreciated

My old 6spd would do the same thing occassionally. I attributed it to throttle position during shifting. It was almost like it was stalling. I think its just a little bug in the programming.

Mine has done it every month or so and it usually last a day maby 2 then it goes away.. Personally I think it has something to do with the computer trying to "learn" or recalabrate for your peticular driving style to max out fuel consumption.
