I am planning a Moab trip. trying to figure what spare parts I'll need to bring with me. what do you all bring with you when you go wheelin? I have a 2008 2 door, 3 inch lift on 33's. Hope this helps for others too, on what spare parts to have all the time!

 

Well, my spare parts kit is a little unusual but here is what it contains.

TIPM (I had a spare, so I carry it.)
Accelerator (Again, I had an extra so it goes with)
Slave Cylinder (I'm on #2, so I carry it)
Idler Pulley
Front Axle U-Joint (I carry two)
Misc. Nuts and bolts
Zipties
Steel Wire
Gorilla Tape
JB Weld

Thats what I carry, I wouldnt suggest buying a TIPM, Accelerator, and slave cylinder. I just have them, and they dont do me any good sitting in the garage.

 

ok thank you! as for u-joints, recommend how many? just front axle? sorry if this is a stupid question, but where do I get spare ones at...

The front axle shaft u-joints can be found at any parts store. I carry two.
