Got some questions on the installation of these fenders ..... Anybody got them an wanna share how hard it was to but them on an do they go over the fenders or do they replace the fenders???

I know on the front you do remove the stock fender panels before installing the smitty's. My friend did his and I noticed he removed the stock ones. Came out great!
