Default Will this bumper combo work

I Am wanting the AEV rear bumper with a pump kit, I also want to get the OR FAB tire carrier and run a rear basket and Gerry can mount above the spare tire.

Will this combo work or is there a way to make this setup work.

Here are the pics of the products in case your not familiar.

What part of either are you concerned about. I have that tire carrier and looking at the bumper, it looks like it should work. Not sure what potential issue you are concerned about.

More so the rack over the tire. How does it attach to the vehicle. I figure the bumper and tire carrier were fine but not sure about the rack and Gerry can holders. I really need the rack so if I can't have that then I need to reconsider my number and tire carrier choice

I am not familiar with the AEV bumper/carrier but, I have to assume that the rack attaches to their tire carrier. If that is the case, it is not going to work. The ORF carrier attaches to the OEM hinges and adds a latch point.

So you want the Lod basket, Or-Fab carrier and AEV bumper? The carrier and bumper will definitely work together, but incorporating a basket will take some fab work. Why not run the rotopax/jerry can version?

I believe you won't be able to use the basket with the or-fabs tire carrier. I am running this setup now. With the factory bumper.

I plan on using the rotopax version but I am really wanting the basket the Gerry cans on the basket is just a plus.

Are there any other baskets out there that don't attach to the tire carrier?

Why not just get the AEV carrier with their new fuel caddy? I think it holds 10 gallons of gas. Then look at the rockhard or garvin racks that attach to the tailgate. that should work unless youre just looking for the 'look' or something.. or you could just go with an LOD and be done with that
