Check out the LoD tire carrier and bumper, you can get a bunch of accessories with it for well under that.

I just bought this and had it powder coated for less than $1700. Install it yourself.

built one just like it for just under $300 and I guarantee it is stronger...checked out my buddies who bought it and it is a really nice unit... highly recommend it!

HD Customs Switchblade, I think they run about this $1,700 price (but are VERY hard to get). But realistically I would push the XRC rear! Plus you would still have $1k left over!
