Default Anyone using a roof rack system?

Not that there are many options out there, but has anyone put on a roof rack system yet?
Any suggestions? Suggested brands? Things to avoid?
I do a lot of multiple day camping/wheeling excursions and need some room for gear.
My current rig is a 07 Unlimited.
Any help is appreciated.

I have a Yakima System. I used there rail system mounted to the hardtop with qtowers, 66"crossbars, mega load warrior
my only complaint is that it is kind of noisy with my tools mounted up there but the load quiets it.

About the best I've seen is the Garvin Wilderness Expedition rack. Pretty spendy at close to $1K, but it looks like it can carry a load. And you can get jack and shovel brackets, and adapters to use Yakima and Thule rack accessories. I haven't pulled the trigger on it yet - maybe this spring when the kayak needs to get wet.

I am waiting on a rack that does not require you to drill the body. I can't believe that no one is making something that mounts to a rear bumper or the rear frame.

I drilled the sides of the hardtop and mounted a Yakima rack with Q-towers. I've used a Thule box on it with no issues. Pretty easy to do, though I'd love the Kargomaster rack that WOLette posted!

I've already built a rear rack for two kayaks, and will be making the front within a couple months or less. I currently use the rear mount with some foam blocks up front.

I have a mod already for the racks that lock in the kayaks which will most likely come later.

The rear rack cost me less than 100 smackeroo's and a couple hours. I hope to do a write up on these eventually.

Click the link above. You can thank me later. Saw it at SEMA. It was a bad ass rack system. Had a yakima on my last rubi but it would cave in the hard top when it was loaded down. I am goin this route this time. And the canopy is awesome for the post wheeling barby.
