Default Cutting stock fender flares

How hard is it to cut the stock fender flares and any info / help ?

I hear its really easy and an be done w/o taking them off. I may have heard that it can be done even with a razor blade? Idk. Look up Red's Fender trim, it even had videos back when I looked at it.

not hard at all. you can cut them while they are still on your jeep. Getting a dremel, blue tape, and ruler. Measure, tape your design, measure again make sure everything is spot on. And take off all the under plastics. Then go to town on them.
