Difference between Rancho RS5000 and RS9000XL
I've decided to go with a Rancho 2" Sport Lift, but I don't know which shocks to go with. What are the advantages of the more pricey RS9000XL?
My Jeep is my DD and will not see a whole lot of offroad driving, maybe 6 to 12 times a year and nothing to extreme.
Thanks

Split the difference and go for the RS7000MT's? I just got mine installed a couple weeks ago & I love em'
No more body roll around corners, no more big nose dives during harder brake apps & and all around way better ride than stock shocks.

I don't know where NOLA is located, but if there is
a chance of the temps dropping below 32 Degrees
Fahrenheit DO NOT install the 9000's. they will
freeze-up and bind. Rancho has had issues with this
in the past, and they are aware of it.
I live in the North Eastern part of the U.S. and Rancho
knows that if the rig is used during the colder months
they suggest going with the 5000's.

I'm leaning towards the 5000's to save a little money and use it towards a bumper and winch.
