Man I don't know about you but I have yet to find a rear bumper tire carrier that I even like! They are all bigger and bulkier looking than the OEM and they weigh a ton and cost an arm and a leg. Don't get me wrong i understand they are made to be abused but some of them just stick out a mile past the jeep and they just don't appeal to me at all. I liked the simplicity of the TJ rears they were sleek, small, but still strong and usefull. We have stubby front bumpers that look awesome and are good priced but when it comes to the rear for some reason they are the size of Roseanne's back side with a price tag to match. Good luck if you can find one you like, I'm thinking about buying one for a TJ and making it fit.

I have the lod sinature series shorty with linked carrier. Not $1000 but not too much more. It is awesome, has back up lights in it, and is customizable (cb antenna, racks, rotopax, hi lift)

I have been considering one of these, how are they with a 35 or 37?

Really pumped with the OR Fab tire carrier. Soon to have 35's and a PSC bumper.

Solid as can be with my 35s. I've been running it for a year and still no rattles.

I concur with the OR-Fab tire carrier. 35 tire and absolutely no rattle whatsoever. Oh and you get rotopax cans!!! I was SOLD!
