Default Driveline noise/dealership question

Hey Fella's - while in 4wd, notably 4lo, I have a creeking noise that I'm almost certain is a bearing or failing CV joint in the driveshaft. Without being 100%, I want to take it to the dealer but wanted any feedback before I do. First thought is it'll be covered under warranty, pay my deductible and i'll be on my way. Second thought is that because I've put 37s on it
they'll tell me its not covered. I bought the '08 JK last year with 37k on it and purchased the extended warranty. It came with the 2.5" lift but only 315's. This sound started at the Rubicon in July buts gotten louder, I had 35s on then but I'm not sure if the dealer will attribute it to 37s and write me off. Any thoughts, I know I need to invest in DS front and rear to replace the OEM, but a working spare would be nice.
