Default 4" Rancho Sport Lift

Installed the 4" sport lift over the weekend. Kind of a bittersweet experience. First off I'll say this. LOVE the kit and the ride of the Jeep. That is not where the bitter part of the install lies. A little preface here before I begin. I bought this kit from another forum member here back in early August. He had bought the kit from 4WD online. I received everything in tact in 3 boxes obviously drop shipped directly from Rancho as all three boxes were Rancho boxes. I opened all three boxes and went through everything to make sure the kit was complete. Everything except the shocks. There were 4 shocks, but as I found out later by my installer all 4 FRONT shocks. Fast forward to this past Friday I get a call from my installer letting me know that they can't proceed on the rear of my Jeep until they get two rear shocks. After trying to locate two rears from the local four wheel stores without any luck I had to call Rancho to see if they would overnight me two rears and I would send them the fronts back. Rancho refused because I was not the original purchaser of the kit. In fact, the entire warranty of the kit is null and void because I'm not the original purchaser and have to proof of purchase. A lot ticked off but still needing to get two rear shocks I called my local 4 wheel parts store and had them overnight me a set of rear shocks. $370.00 later ($110 per shock + tax and $145 UPS overnight fee) my shocks were on order. Fast forward to Saturday morning. Shocks finally arrive and the rest of my kit gets installed. After working on my front end my installer notices that there are quick disconnects included in my kit as well (finally a bonus in my favor). The kit is installed and everything is working great. Love the ride and the look. Nothing against Rancho's parts or quality, but the customer service is a bit lacking. Now I have two spare front 9000xl shocks and I'm out $370 I shouldn't of had to spend because they wouldn't own up to sending the wrong parts. I do understand the issue of not having a receipt for refunding money, but I was willing to send back two brand new front shocks. Overall I'm happy with the end product but I'm not sure I'd go this route again. There is something to be said for customer service in this day and age. My rep at 4 Wheel parts was fantastic and bent over backwards to make sure the shocks made the overnight truck so my kit could get completed. Rancho seemed more interested in letting me know my warranty was null and void because I bought a new kit from a third party. Here are the pics of the install and the final product. Also note the pic of the quick disconnect we had the sway bar spacer installed which we've recently removed. The sway bar is now parallel to the ground.
