Default Off Road Bumper with OE Fog Lights??

I'm needing some help on this one and I haven't found the answer yet. I am wanting to replace the stock bumper with fogs on my 2012 JK but I want to keep the fog lights. Can I transfer the OE Fogs out of the Mopar stock bumper and insert them into an off road bumper? If so are there any recommendations on a off road bumper that this will work. Also I want to be able to use my driving lights on the bumper as well. Doesn't matter about winch at the moment. Any help would be very appreciated!

I like that. Will offroad driving lights fit where the winch is installed?

Here is my JCR Dagger Mid-Width. Great bumper, you won't be dissapointed with any of their bumpers.
