Default 1.75 inch Daystar lift

Anyone running this lift? I can get a great deal on this lift to run with my stock wheels and tires. Anything else I need to add if I plan on fully flexing the suspension?

Yup I'm running it! Super easy to instal literally 2 hours total. I like mine but I haven't had it in the dirt since the lift. Running 35's on my rims I also have JKS disconnects.

I'm running that lift. My dealer bought and installed it for me when we purchased our JKU. It actually lifted our JKU 2 inches. Here are some pics of it stock, with the lift and with 33's.

I bought the pro comp 1.75" lift which apparently is the exact same as this Daystar. I got it for $99 shipped on eBay, absolute steal. I also added Rubicon shocks and struts at the sametime and got about a 3" lift.

Default love it

i got this lift and am running stock sahara wheels and tires and i think it looks great. Would be a perfect set up if youre looking to go to 33s. It rides same as stock, but i also added rubicon shocks at the same time. very easy install

running this lift with my fox shocks. i really like it, i didn't want to blow tons of money on 35+inch tires , only wanted 33-34. so far so good with the lift. for the price, you could spend a bit more and get the teraflex 2.5inch lift and it comes with more components. if i could do it , i would get the teraflex bb kit. but I'm very happy with my daystar kit. with my 33.5inch tires, spacers and shocks I'm probably around 3+inches of lift over stock at the bumpers.

I have the 1.75" Daystar lift installed on my 2012 JK8 and I find the rear end is to stiff when going over big bumps or on washboard roads. I think because my back end is way lighter then a 4 door JK that might be the reason the rear end is not compliant. Also the rear end sits higher then the front, I think I should but in a 1" spacer in the rear instead. Anybody have any ideas?

I just received the Procomp version of this kit form a friend who upgraded. Will I be able to run my stock Sahara Unlimited shocks with the kit and still flex it out? I have just installed 33's on my stock 17" rims and just need a small lift so the kit will be perfect - but do I need to replace the stock shocks?
