Need opinions on best way to get moneys worth out of cheap lift...
I have a 2.5 Skyjacker kit with Nitro shocks... On a 2 door 6 speed X on Rubi 32"s with XRC front bumper, 10.5k Recon, hard top, back seat in, carpet removed, high lift mounted over rear, rear bumper deleted and front swaybar removed. (The end-links were destroyed on the trail and now I run NO sway bar in front, and it handles great on my 40 mile daily driving) But the ride is SOOOOO rough.
I have noticable sag on the right side- which is funny because my gas tank is always on E. I expected front end rake due to my XRC bumper/ recon 10.5k but it is mostly right-side droop. I know that using adjustable end links will address that, though not sure if they can be incorporated into a quick disco. I have heard that factory rear JK links will be best for the front with this lift, but the sag is already there now.
I have considered replacing the shocks with RKs and adding shock extensions- but I HATE the ride of the nitros.
I am thinking want to replace the shocks FIRST, with something like 5100's with Evo rockstar skids in the rear while taking care of bump stops and spring clips while adding adjustable end links- can save the skyjacker lift? Maybe later I can do the RK springs...
I do mostly muddy trails and the beach, and ALOT of highway driving. I want to get the most out of the system I already have, though the sag and the ride is pissing me off. I can afford springs more readily than shocks, but realistically shocks and end links may be all I really need... ALL OPINIONS ARE WELCOME if they are helping me get flex and decent ride without buying a new lift.

Anyway you can take pics or your coils? What you are describing sounds familiar to a friend who had some significant sagging with some Superlift coils. He replaced them and all was well. It was not the shocks.
The lean to the right is very common on JK's. Mine does it from time to time (mostly with a full tank). Someone told me that Chrsyler uses different coils for right side vs left side to accoutn for that but most lift manufacturers do not so that is why we always see lifted jeeps with the lean. I have no clue if that is true but it makes sense in theory!
I wonder if your coils are so worn that they are permanently sagging on the right side due to age and the fact that it was subjected to heavier weight whenever you filled the tank.
Just throwing ideas out there...but it sounds like your coils more than shocks.

But Wayoflife said it is combat-able with adjustable links- but it is the cheaper springs. The thing is when I replace them I will go with something that needs more shock travel- and these Nitros SUCK.
So If I am gonna throw good shocks at it first, might work out with just the ADJ links for now... I cant see putting new shocks on and keeping these POS Nitros

Not sure what other post/thread you are referring to but a few things. First, if you are running without your front sway bar connected, you can easily get droop on one side. Frankly, while I know a lot of people that do run without their front sway bar connected, its not really safe. I'd reconnect it if I were you.
Links - No clue if you are currently running stock lins for both front and rear or if your lift had you move your rear links to the front originally (before you completely disconnected them later). If so, your rear links are probably the correct length and you can go buy adjustable front quick disconnect links. This will let you disconnect when off-roading and easily reconnect for daily driving.
Shocks - replacing your shocks may help the rough ride but won't do much for the sag if your coils are shot. If you plan on going with bigger coils at some point which will result in needing longer shocks then you need to prioritize what's important to you in the interim. Do you want to improve the ride? Get new shocks. Do you want to address the sag? Probably coils first. Up to you.
But be warned, going with bigger coils will result in the need for longer links, longer brake lines, probable driveshaft changes, etc....list goes on.

Pretty sure you would be OK swapping out the skyjacker coils for the Rock Krawler coils. While the RK coils will probably net you more overall lift, I would be surprised if your current shocks aren't already long enough to deal with the slightly extra height. Sure, this won't fix your rough ride. In fact, the RK coils, in my opinion, ride a bit rougher than other lifts I've owned (Teraflex) paired with the same Bilstein shocks. My guess is the skyjacker coils are softer than RK so maybe what you are feeling are the shocks kicking in to deal with every single bump. Not really sure.
Again, toss up. Replacing the coils or shocks separately won't fix all of your issues. sagging and rough ride are most likely related to different issues.

... there is some front/right side rake, but that could be addressed with a dicso/adjustable end links or factory sway bar links from the rear of a JK. Of course that means I could do spring clips, bump stops if needed, Rockstar rear skids and 5100s
