Default Back up camera on front

Just an idea that popped into my head today. Could an aftermarket back up camera be somehow mounted to the front to act as a spotter? I'm thinking if it was mounted in the right place, at the correct angle, that a camera might work to help you line up when your wheelie alone. What do you guys think? Am I nuts? Haha

It could work, but

1. The image would be flipped, as the backup camera is designed for the back.

And 2. It would be tough to determine the angles by looking at the screen. I doubt you would get the depth perception your looking for.

Haven't actually tried it though, these are just my theories!

I did it... it's flipped so it takes getting used to. On my last run I barely looked at. It could be beneficial if you get hung up on something and want to see w/o getting out, but overall it's better to keep your eyes on the trail.

Wow, another genius here. I thought I was alone. Lol.
I was thinking that it would be helpful and save getting in and out of your rig when your alone
An added benefit it that you can see fluid leaks easier. Haha

This could be helpful in other situations as well. While in a lifted Jeep, it is hard to see if there is a toddler or a pet directly in front of it. A front mount camera could be helpful avoiding a nasty tragic situation. Instead of using a backup cam, you can use a button camera that will correct the flipped image issue.
