Default RANCHO lift or hoax?

So I've managed to track down what I seem to think is a 2.5" Rancho lift. The problem is the person who is selling is unsure of the parts as he is taking them from his 08 2DR X which already came lifted. I have 07 2DR Sahara
Here's what I know:
4 RS5000 Shocks
2 16" coils and 2 19" coils
No additional hardware
Selling lift to sell back to dealership

My questions is regarding the coils which dont carry a pn, which sounds shady... But do they sound stock based on measurements?

Getting a great deal on these, but need some advice...

If he's taking the lift off to trade the Jeep in, and it came lifted when he got it, what shocks and springs is he putting back on it?

How many miles are on the shocks and springs?

Something seems fishy, but I don't trust anyone.

He's putting his stock lift back on...

48k on the vehicle and hes unsure when the shocks/springs were installed.

Getting them for an even $100. Normally wouldn't even consider it but guy is strapped for cash after biz went under and could never afford a lift otherwise.

It is probably a suspension system using Rancho shocks. We make 2", 3" or 4" lifts. Can you get a P/N on the shocks by chance?
How long have the shocks been on the vehicle? The reason I ask is that often times, shocks have a life of about 50,000 miles.

Just walk away, spend a little bit more and buy something you are sure you know what it is.
