Default Body lift questions.

I am strongly considering adding a 1 inch Daystar body lift to my ride. From what I have been able to read it seems to good to be true. So my questions are:
What is everyone experiencing with this mod, both good and bad?
Are there other parts that need to be loosened during the install? Gas tank filler? Any other wiring or linkages?
Is there anything else that I need to know? I am in a 2 door '08 X auto trans that is basically stock.
Please help a newbie out! Thanks!

I have it installed now with nothing els (still waiting for my RK 2.5 max flex) and i did it in about an hour in my driveway with nothing but a floor jack and the needed wrenches, i have nothing bad to say about it, it didnt affect performance at all and i notice no difference exept a small gap between the bumpers and the tub

Buy a suspension lift, in my opinion, and many others, suspension lift first, and body lift if you need even more clearance which you really wouldn't ever reach that. Once you put it on you'll wish you did a suspension lift.

But if you're set on a body lift, then 1 inch is fine and won't really have an issue, it's once you get past like 3 inches you need to extend stuff, so make sure it has everything you need

I am so glad to read your reply. You are installing the exact combo of lift kit and body lift I am leaning towards. Pictures please! And thanks for the input.

Yeah I like the RC 1.25 as well. Been running it since 2010 and no issues. I also installed one on a 2012 unlimited and to has had no issues.

Well I won't be keeping up with the Joneses! Damn man a lift in your own garage?!?! Can you say spoiled! Haha.
Thanks to everyone for the feed back. Anybody willing to show bumper gap? Thanks to Bob. Nice pics and ride! I'm trying to shoot for 35's but hose shoes do look good!
Pics of 2.5 inch lifts with 1ish bl deeply appreciated! I'll be looking out Joey

I've got a 4" lift and 1.25" Rc BL I haven't installed yet. Anyone got pics of a 4" with 1.25" BL?
