Default What tire pressure are you running in your 35s

I was curious after reading another thread what tire pressure are you guys running on 35s? I am running 35x12.50x17 MTR/K. I am currently at 30psi. Just wanted to know. I did some searches and saw the 33 crowd step up but not so much 35s. Thanks for the info

I had 32 psi, then 28 psi. Don't think I noticed any difference.

I run my MTR/Ks at 29 psi. Gives me a good ride, even contact.

Per the math, I should be running 26 psi. However, I run 30psi. I run 35psi when I tow my trailer and definitely notice a difference in ride quality.

Same size tires, usually 30 psi.
Chalk test showed that the tread sits flat at this pressure.

For long distance at summer in the desert -- about 28 psi. The tires get quite hot so pressure increases.

I suspect that those rated pressures that Beanz found are a mis-print. I find it hard to believe they (Vittoria) would rate their 25's to the same pressure as their 23's. I know that in the Rubino Pro's you certainly loose ten psi or so when you go to the larger tire. I would trust the sidewall more than a web page.

Do a chalk test, and lower the pressure until you get a flat contact patch with the road

I really need to give that try... I run my Guard dogs (35's) at notably higher than most are posting, and wonder where I should be. My tires are rated at 50psi, and on road I run them at 40-45. I'll admit that my Jeep feels like it has serious toe in, despite being aligned, so maybe dropping to 30ish would help that a bit!
