Default winch solenoid under hood 2012

Does anyone have any idea where or how I could place my solenoid under the hood?

After searching I only found one person who moved the box in a 3.6 but he put it in the location where I have my vacuum pump.

Any ideas would help

Thanks

Same problem.. And furthermore, to mount my engo solenoid on top of the winch, i needed to reverse it so the wires were facing forward.. Ive been thinking about trying to find room somewhere behind the radiator down low and using a wireless remote instead

Subgscribed. I also have an Engo and the wires are but up against the grill. I have not switched them but would love to put the solenoid under the hood as well.

I think I have an idea for over the battery. I post some pics after I customize a bracket.

Keep in mind that if you mount it over the battery you might not be able to add dual battery tray. That's if you ever plan on running dual batteries. Otherwise, it won't matter.

That was my only concern, but there is enough space to put it flush with hood.
