Default toyo mt too loud, at ( all terrrain) alternative?

My buddy just put 35 toyo mts on his 2010 rubicon jku. He is thinking they are a little loud for his taste.

Mind you they look amazing and perform amazing.

What sort of AT tire would you switch too if you wanted something a little more quite?

Pics with an answer is a plus

Thanks

IMO, both the BFGoodrich and Mickey Thompson are very good.

I chose the 35" Mickey Thompson 315/70R17 MTZ.
Measured with 29 psi, the actual size is 34.25".
Handle and grip well on road, dry or wet. Grip well offroad, with 20psi or less.

Mickey Thompson ATZ are what im running and i cant say anything bad about them so far. You can hear them but its not bad and i could hear my stock tires to begin with. They have a aggressive tread pattern with deep lugs and their sipped for better traction in ice and rain. They amazing in my opinion in the rain from my experience with them. Pretty hard to beat

I test drive s friends jeep with GY duratracs and thought they were too loud. So I bought my 3rd set of BFG AT tires. I got 55k miles out of reach prior set with 5 tire rotation.

Toyo has a new open country at II extreme that are sweet. They give a 50k tread warranty on the 35" as well

Goodyear Duratracs. Best AT tire with the highest rating and they are quiet. Go to jpmagazine.com and check out their tire ratings.

I like mine they are much quieter than my BFG AT's that are on my pickup and have a lot better traction.

I have had my duratracs for 30,000 miles and they are still going strong. The post above said they were loud, but I will disargee as they have been very quiet for me even after 30,000.
