Default Tube style rear bumpers...yay...nay?

So I'm thinking of going bare back there with maybe the EVO bolt on shackles. But then also thinking a minimal bumper to cover the corners wouldnt be bad a bad idea. Though not sure on that either. Would want something minimal like the OR-FAB Rear Rock Slider tube Bumper OR-FAB 83205 - OR-FAB Rear Rock Slider Bumpers for 07-13 Jeep® Wrangler & Wrangler Unlimited JK - Quadratec or similar. Yay or nay to rear tubers? Build will include evo sliders so the "tube" look might flow to sides, if that matters any.

I like tube bumpers, myself. Especially the rear ones. I don't know much about the quality of Olympic 4x4 products but I really like the look of their rear tube bumper. It's got a receiver for towing and I think there's an optional water storage unit, too. Seems pretty sweet.

I think they're great unless you have trails like MOAB to go on. I got them because I tore off the rear trying to pull a tree limb, crap 3/8s 6 bolt factory bumper fell off lol.

i think the or fab is the best of the tube bumpers. It hides that lopsided tumor that we have from the rear cubby space.
