Default Back spacing and fender alignment for either 275 or 285 series tires

Ordered new 2013 jeep and will be changing out tires when it gets in so my question is if I run 4.8 or greater back spacing with a 275 or 285 will they stick out past the fenders? Anyone have any pics of this set up or close to it? I have seen lots of pics with 4.5 to 4.75 back space with tires sticking out slightly and am thinking that around 5 inches of back space will keep the tires under the fenders. I believe that these series (width) of tires are still okay with back spacing up 5.25 based on the AEV wheels I have seen mounted with them. Also whats everyones opinion on using 11-11.5 wide tires for winter (Michigan). Have run this width on larger trucks but the JKU is alot lighter. Thanks, great forum and lots of good info....
