Default out of balance driveshaft?

I went to Uwharries the other day and I'm getting a very bad quick vibration after about 50 miles an hour. I hit my driveshaft and also tore my boot half way off. Could this be the reason for the vibration? I see the weight is still on the driveshaft. I bought another stock driveshaft just in case from another member on here but I just want to make sure an not possibly something else.

You have a 2012?

Yeah you smashed the piss out of it. You need to move your evap skid canister thing deal if you have not done it yet. Teraflop has a write up on how to do it.

Put the new DS on and stop breaking the law!!!!!!

Haha. The speed limit was between 55 and 60. Yea I need to move the evap canister pretty soon. I'm glad it wasn't it. And I have a 2007 with only 15,000 miles on it.
