Default So the Rock Krawler drag link doesn't exactly fit

It hits the track bar bolt on the axle side when turned almost all the way to the left (driver side). I'm saying "almost" because it hitting the bolt prevents it from completely turning like it should:

Fully turned to the right:

This is as far as it will go to the left. If you reference the edge of the bumper and tire and compare to the pic above, you should see it.

And this is where it hits the track bar bolt:

Am I missing something or RK just couldn't engineer this slightly better? Now how I wish I would have went with Synergy drag link , which has a bend to prevent this from happening, and would be a true bolt on installation without any fitment issues.

The Rock Krawler drag link is made for a drag link flip. How much lift do you have? You can buy the RK track bar bracket and flip the drag link then it will clear just fine.

It can be used as a flip, but can also be used in normal stock position. It says so on their web site "can be returned to stock", the instructions that came with it clearly show it in the stock position, and a RK rep on another forum confirmed it fits and works with a 2.5" lift in the normal stock position. I mean it does work, but not entirely. It should be noted somewhere, but it's not. Which is why I'm not happy. If I knew this, I would have gone with the Synergy drag link, as I was on the fence between the 2 when I was deciding on what to buy.

I have an AEV flip kit and my RK drag link just barely misses the track bar bolt only because I had to increase my steering stops to prevent my Toyos from hitting my lower Rock Krawler control arms. it just misses by /4 inch.
