You might need a mounting bracket to bolt the pax-mount to. Rotopax makes several diff mounts as well as some tire carrier manufacturers. What tire carrier are you running?

So you're looking for tire carriers w/ rotopax mounting options? Check out OR-FAB and LOD. They're popular.

I have a mount that bolts to the spare tire lugs and comes through the center cap, it's so-so, temp solution I suppose.

Rancho bumper. Roto mount spaced out a bit and screwed into 'gate using OEM tire carrier holes.

Well another option would be to go with an AEV rear tire carrier, and the optional fuel caddy. It holds 10.2 gl and fits like a glove. Pricey but certainly worth a look.
