I've bought one, but I'm waiting until I get my snorkel to install it. Was it very easy?

Just waiting for someone to say you'll get axle grease in your air box...

I want to install this too. The write up on the RROR web site looked pretty straight forward.
How long did it take you?

It WAS EXTREMELY easy installation! It says half hour.... It takes half hour. All ur doing is cutting ur engine breather and tapping into it and running a long hose all the way back

And as for the gear oil comments..... Here's what it says in the faqs

I installed this kit on my 4 door. Probably took me 2 hours. I'm a bit of a novice and the instructions, IMHO, blew. Would be nice to have pictures of exactly where to thread the hose at each location. I sorta just made it up. I also thought they didn't include enough hose. But I've stretched out my Jeep since, and nothing has disconnected. Works great so far!

When I first replaced my differential covers it was hard to tell how much oil I would need. For a few days some of the oil came out the vent. After that nothing.
Not saying the kit is a bad idea, but how is it that that extra oil wouldn't be deposited in the air box instead of the wheel well where mine went?

This also wouldn't have happened had you done a little research and found out how much to add
