Default 25 PSI too low for highway driving?

That's what I'm wondering. I've got a light 2dr and I'm having issues getting my Nitto trail grapplers to wear evenly. I'm currently at about 28 and they are still bowing in the center.

I have dropped mine to 25 with no problems. Being you have a lighter 2 door, I would try going lower than 28 psi and see how if it helps

I dropped my tires to 28 lbs.and the low pressure thingy kept driving me nuts. So...I went back up to 35 lbs.

Thanks, I think I'm going to give them a try.

AEV Procal allowed me to lower that so that is not an issue

Black electrical tape will fix that

You should probably run around 28 pounds. Do the chalk test and see how your contact with the pavement is. As far as the low pressure light, just get a procal and that'll take care of that.

24~25 psi would spoil road behavior, and would be less than ideal in case of emergency maneuver.

What rims ?

Rims that are too narrow would curve the tire too much.
