Default Too much lift?--> 2.5 BB/ Trimmed Fenders / 1.25 Body Lift on 35s. Any pics?

I currently have a 2.5 budget boost with my 35s. I added aftermarket front and rear bumpers along with a winch and have lost some wheel well space ( about .5-1 inch). I am thinking about trimming my fenders, adding a rough country body lift, or doing both. Any thoughts or pics on this combo? I wouldnt mind raising the vehicle with the body lift but i also like the look of the flat fenders. Not sure if this would make my 35s on my 2 door look too small.

I would try trimming the fenders first. If it still rubs, then you can try a body lift. Your main goal is to run 35's without rubbing, so looks take a back seat on this one.

I added 35's to a 2.5" lift recently. It's fine on road. Off road I was hitting the front bumper and fenders.

I trimmed my bumper for a temporary fix, hacked off the ends with a sawzal. I also got flat fenders, but won't be putting them on until after I pay off the wheels. I got a great deal on them used, so couldn't pass them up.

After I get the fenders on, I will start saving for a new front bumper. No plans to add more lift.

Well I don't have a 2.5" lift, I have the 3.5" lift with a 1 1/4 BL with trimmed fenders and 35's

if possible, i would just swap the bb with coils. you are running soft, factory springs and they will sag easily with added bumpers but adding a bb and bl on top of that is just not something that i would personally do. but to answer you question, i agree on starting with a fender trim and seeing where that gets you.

My buddy has 2.5" BB and 1.25 body lift with 35"s and bumper/winch. He stands higher than jeeps running 37"s. No problems at all.
