From: Native to Los Angeles, but migrated to Denver.
I bought a SB air compressor last December. I used it all summer and there were a few times the thing died on me while airing up. I figured it was the duty cycle, but I was only using it to air up and it died after 3 tires were inflated (from 18 PSI to 35 PSI). So.... I called Quadratec (where I bought it from). They no longer carry the model I bought. So they refered me to SmittyBilt. I spoke with Steve Andersen and he took care of me right away. Got all my info, my proof of purchase and he is sending me their new model to replace my bad compressor. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!
