Default 33's on stock jk x

I a looking to get 33 inch (285/70/17) on my stock 17 inch wheel. Is this possible and it is will there be any issues such as rubbing or any parts needed such as spacers. It is a stock wrangler with rugged ridge bumpers. No lift. 2008 jk x 2dr

I have 33s with aftermarket rims with 4.5 backspace. They fit good enough to get me home from the tire shop with no rubbing. However, any bumps or potholes would have caused some rubbing.

I later installed a 2 in BDS coil lift. I had slight rubbing on my rubicon rails while wheeling.

Hope this helps. Good luck.

With stock wheels, you will need wheel spacers. If not, the tires will rub the sway bar. You can run 33's all day with no lift, any flexing though..It will rub.

Rims with 3.75 or 3.80 backspacing will work.
