So I just installed a 3.5" RE lift and 37" trail grapplers. The ESP/BAS and Trac lights are on and I'm getting the dreaded death wobble. Tires are balanced all bolts torqued. Kit did come with an adjustable trac bar for front and relocation bracket for the rear.
Where should I start to try to eliminate the DW?
I've tried the song and dance with steering wheel to get lights to go away, disconnected the battery and all that good stuff with no results. Also the gas cap light came on. Any input would help.

When you drive straight is your steering wheel centered?

Torque track bar to about 50 lbs higher than spec. Have alignment shop check camber.

Ok so an update...

Alignment is good but still getting a low speed DW. If I go over RxR tracks or hit bumps at 30mph or less I get the DW. Otherwise none at higher speeds. Any help?

Something is loose. Loosen the track bar and control arm bolts, wiggle the Jeep to settle everything and torque every bolt to spec with an accurate torque wrench.

1. Replace all the stock 14mm bolts on the track bar and control arms with Grade 8 9/16" bolts (see link below) and torque to specification (125 ft/lbs for everything except the front upper control arms, which are 75 ft/lbs.)

https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/jk-t...-bolts-210051/

Hint.....here is a list of parts from the post:
8) 9/16-18 UNF x 4.0" long (LCAs)
(4) 9/16-18 UNF x 3.0" long (TBs)
(12) 9/16-18 UNF lock nuts
(24) 9/16" Extra Thick hardened flat washers

2. Straighten the steering wheel to help eliminate the ESP light

Episode 3: 2012 Jeep Wrangler JK: Adjusting your steering wheel to center - YouTube

For what it's worth I did both and had zero issues

Very interested as, after my lift, I'm also getting ESP/BAS light.. At least, I think I am.

I'm getting this light. Only on long turns over 30 MPH, like on a freeway on/off ramp. Plus it seems like the ABS kicks in. My steering wheel seems straight.

Funny, but my DW has gone away. Maybe due to new tires or alignment (?) on same weekend as lift.
