I bought a 2012 JKU Rubicon in September 2011. I've been buying and stocking up parts and now I'm finally getting this build going.

Dave Gutwillig over at Gap Racing in Houston is doing the work. He builds and races ultra 4 race buggies and his work is top notch!

You've had all this stuff and have been driving your Jeep around stock for a year?!?!?

You have the willpower of a monk. I had a guy yell to me as I was passing by " put a lift on that thing" and the rest is history.

I got the tires and wheels all mounted up, that was a PITA!

 

I chopped the fenders, front bumper, and removed the rear bumper. Some time in the near future I'll be replacing all the items, just haven't decided which route to go. I like aluminum so I'm thinking Genright or Poison Spyder.
