Have a Trektop NX? Can anybody tell me what this is?
So I installed the Trektop NX this weekend.
Good tight fit, was about 85 degrees Saturday.
The photographs that Bestop uses to advertise their NX top, show the top with the windows removed to demonstrate how it can be used as a Bikini top.
What is confusing me is that they show two straps coming down parallel with the sport bars.
I 100% certain my top does not have any such thing and its not even listed in the parts list.
Can anybody tell me whats going on here?
See the attached photo.

Excellent design and fit. Top notch product.

It's for when you have your side windows and back window out.
It allows you to secure the top towards the rear and tightens it against flapping.
As to the number, I'm not sure. Have you tried taking your windows out to see if you've got it hiding there?

Also, if I go to Quadratec, and download the Install PDF, those direction are quite different than mine.
Maybe that's their new solution to stop the top from flapping so much when all 3 rear windows are removed. If it is I wonder if they can be added to existing tops for those of us who have them already.
I have to wonder if this is a design change. I installed mine last March and love it. However, with rear windows and back panel out there's a lot of flapping going on. That's really the only negative I've found (and really not much of an issue).
