Default EVO Ultra High Clearence Long Arm suspension setup

Lots of people are running the Evo long arm weld on kit. With D60s, 37 Tires And Atlas tcase what caster are you running?

Also does the upper and lower front control arms ALL have to be exact same length?

most new axles like 60's have more caster built into them. like the prorocks, they have about 10 degrees versus the stock 6 degrees. so when used on lifted applications caster is very good (like 6+degrees)while maintaining excellent pinion angle.
you want arms to be the same length on both sides, as in driver and passenger lower or upper. upper and lowers will be different lengths though.

How well does the Atlas tcase handle DD and does it affect MPG? Also what's the max torque capacity?

The drive ratio on the atlas is 1:1 just like stock. It handles just fine driving on road/highway. You may get some noise from the case because it is gear driven not chain like stock. Although I have never heard a peep out of my atlas. Just have read some instances where others have experiences with "road noise" from the atlas. If it does affect MPG then it is minimal. Not enough to even calculate.

Would the Atlas 2 tcase be recommended for high output(performance) engines?

Yes. I have heard of people running high horsepower big blocks without issue.

Lowers will adjust caster. Uppers have more of an effect on pinion angle.

generally the lowers center the axle and the uppers adjust the pinion/caster
