Why its grinding in 4high

Hey everyone I have a 08 jk 4.5inch lift on 36's, 4.88 gears and just recently I get a grinding sound when in 4 hi. Need to get this problem fixed ASAP any ideas on what it is and what to do about it. I drive my jeep like a jeep and can't have this problem.
