Default Anyone pulled out the glovebox bin?

Trying to get an idea of how much extra space is behind there with the bin section of the glove compartment removed, ive seen a couple of posts around the net of people using this space for amps / other electronics that wouldnt have fit otherwise. Holding back on pulling it out myself at the moment because knowing me I'll probably break something

I mounted the control modual behind the glove box. Just open it, pull each side to the inside and it will come right out. The plastic is flexible.

As stated above, it's super easy to remove and replace. If it feels like something is about to break, you are doing it wrong.

There isn't much space back there. You could tuck a little gizmo in, but it's pretty tight. I mounted my CB box for the Cobra 75 back there.

The only way to find out is to pull the glove box and see for yourself. It's good for small items.

I loose stuff back there all the time!

Just push in on the sides and it will pop right out.

I found all sorts of things back there! Like the last person said, just push in the sides and pull up on the bin.
