I just put the Cooper STT on my Jeep a few weeks ago. I opted for the 33 inch version.

I was debating several tires until I was in CO and stumbled upon the Jeep Jamboree and wound up running Black Bear with a bunch of them before the Jamboree started.

Long story short I was able to see the different tires on vehicles and look at wear and so on. Plus discussing with owners if they liked their purchase.

At the end of the trip I was convinced that the Cooper was the tire for me. Plus its really quiet on the road compared to my original Rubi tires.

Good luck on your choice
Don

I can't say anything about coopers all terrain but I've had BFG's and they were awesome! Currently I have a 2dr with 35" stt, and a buddy has a 2dr with BFG's and the BFG's clean out much better than the coopers do. Now the coopers seem to work well in everything but I have 10,000 miles on them and have rotated every 3k miles and they are literally half wore out already. I won't be buying them again.

I have Cooper 265/70/17 At3s, which were on when purchased, and am actually pretty impressed with them. Ran the Backway to Crown King and they did better than expected. Couldn't tell you how they handle in mud though.

I just put on the Cooper st Maxx, it is a rather new tire.

The size is 265/70/17 and E-type and no harsh ride and little sound and mine are studded.

I have no lift
