Question, I am trying to put factory JK wheels on a trailer if I use a 3" wheel spacer on the trailer hub, it pushes the actual part of the hub that has the bearings in it further away from the center of the wheel, will that cause any problems or wheel wobble or anything like that? Any advice is appreciated.

It will put more stress on the wheel bearings and depending on the weight you are carrying it could cause them to fail prematurely.
