Default 4.56 gears and detroit true trac.

Hey guys just got my 2012 jeep back after the 4.56 gears and detroit true trac install, and must say WOW what a difference. I haven't beat on it yet cause I want to break it in right, but overall I've noticed alot better shifting and pickup and gas mileage stayed the same. Thanks to all who suggested 4.56 with the 35 inch tires.

Nice ! I just got my Nitro 4.56 gears installed too and it is night and day with the 35's. My gas mileage is around 16-17.5 mpg now, how is yours?

Also, what does the true-trac do?

The truetrac is a gear driven limited slip traction device.

When one tire starts to spin it engages to start sending power to the other wheel.
