Does anyone else have limited or no clearance between their tire carrier arm and the bottom tailgate hinge? I am installing a Bestop Highrock bumper and tire carrier, and when the tailgate is closed the tire carrier arm contacts the bottom hinge. I can probably adjust the bump stop to prevent it, but then the spare will not be parallel with the tailgate. I am just wondering if it is usual for the spare to be slightly at an angle compared to the tailgate, or if my tire carrier is messed up.

I've about had it with this bumper and tire carrier by the way, I wouldn't make this choice a second time.
