Hey guys, built so rock sliders on a budget, found some 2"schedule 40 pipe for a local guy $100, hole saw kit from harbor freight, and a used tube bender, and stainless steel hardware from mcmaster car, they turned out great!

 

Looks awesome,why spend the big bucks when you can fab your own

this kind of project is exactly why I asked for a welder for christmas, what did you use to notch the end of the tubes?

 

Just a harbor freight tube notcher, once the tube is bent it is really hard to notch it so the hoop ends were notched with a grinder

 

Nice, I like your mounting method. I used 1 1/2" SCH40 (1 7/8" OD) for mine. Was a little worried about not using DOM at first but they tested out fine on the rocks.
