Default Clicking from Rear or/ transmission

Situation:
Only when it's cold 50 and below when in gear I hear a clicking sound coming from the rear/transfer case or transmission.
Set up:
07 Rubi, 5" Skyjacker on 35's - no other mods to drive train.
Jeep wouldn’t look at it for me unless I paid - voided warranty.
Anyone else has or heard of this problem?

+50 is not cold, at least here in Minnesota.

Do you have a rock in a tire or something.

Mine was doing the same thing, replaced rear stock drive shaft with a Tom Woods 1310, and clicking is gone, if you get under there and look at you boot on your rear shaft at the TC you will probably see it is ripped, I only have a 4" Skyjacker lift on mine and the CV driveshaft was too steep and wore out way quick
